Be Well Wednesday:

Happy Be Well Wednesday/Hump Day!  Let's talk arms. Lumps, bumps and bat wings. Yikes! So who doesn't want better arms!?! I came across this little workout on Pinterst and it is so simple! It's not even every day, it's every other day, because it turns out that it's true your muscles do need to rest in between weight days. This workout is quick and easy.  I'm going to stick to it for the next 21 days and hope to see results. I'll will report back.
